Why I HATE Soda

I absolutely hate soda. It grosses me out to see people drinking it and to watch the commercials on tv. I feel lucky that my parents did not raise me drinking soda and I that I have never developed a taste for it. So, here are some of the reasons I hate soda:
Bad stuff.

What do you think? Do you drink soda? Are you trying to stop?

  3. Thank you for stopping by my blog! I have to admit I don't currently read any blogs by vegetarian/vegans. I try to be healthy and I have a feeling I'll be by your blog for a lot more healthy recipes and meal ideas.

As for the soda - great info! I drink about 3 cans of pepsi a day. BAD, awful for me and I know it. I am going to switch to sweet tea since that is way better. There is also a drink called Upbeat that is milk based and has added B vitamins that I am going to drink more of too.

  4. I used to drink diet pepsi but when I got pregnant, I switched to water. Now four years later I drink OJ for breakfast and water the rest of the time. I tried diet pepsi once a few months ago and it was awful stuff! LOL

  6. I have recently given it up. My New Years resolution for the year was to make a green change each day of the year and blog about it at www.GreenIn2010.blogspot.com- a few weeks back I decided to give up soda because of the waste associated with all of the bottles. It's been a bit hard, but I KNOW that my health is so much better without it.
